Location, location, location

Wow, that was quick.

Bali Bohemia has only a max of 11 rooms (we currently only have access to 10 as someone beat us to the punch on the last one) and we have currently filled them all up!

While there might be some chopping and changing around over the next few months (the only constant in life is change), we thought it might be good to keep a list of some possible options. We’ll look to keep this list updated as frequently as possible.

Toko Toko – We have it on good authority (Marj and Herman stayed here in 2016) that this is a nice place, so nice in fact that they are looking to stay there again! If you are interested in more information, please contact Marj

The following are all within 10 minutes walk of Bali Bohemia and the Monkey Forest:

Alam Shanti – A nice hotel nearby that is getting great reviews on both Trip Adviser and Hotels Combined. There are 8 rooms in the hotel and bookings need to be made through their website. Prices per night range from $220 NZD (2 bedroom unit) to $125 NZD (1 bed room).

Bali Swasti – An eco-village with a focus on yoga, health and healing. There are already some rooms booked during the time that the holiday is on but they do have 8 rooms still available (each room has a max of 2 occupants). Prices per night range from $76 NZD (Traditional room – 4 remaining) to $90 NZD (Deluxe AC room – 4 remaining).

Villa Sonia – 4 1/2 star rated hotel (according to Trip Adviser) with a lot of people saying that they enjoyed the peacefulness and the swimming pool. 5 rooms are still available, with each room having a max of 2 occupants. Prices per night range from $95 NZD (Deluxe room – 1 available) to $108 NZD (Suite – 2 available). There are better rates available currently on the Villa Sonia website.

Kertiyasa Bungalow – 4 star rated hotel (according to Trip Adviser) with the main comments being about yummy fresh food. Only 2 rooms still available, with each room having a max of 2 occupants. Price per night is $67 NZD (Superior Double Room).

Chili Cottage– 4 1/2 star rated cottages (??) (according to Trip Adviser, haven’t been able to find an actual website for them) with the word peaceful being used a lot in the reviews. 7 rooms are still available, including a family room that can accommodate up to 5 people. Price per night ranges from $62 NZD per night (Studio cottage – 5 remaining) to $138 NZD per night (family room – 1 remaining).
